A comprehensive renovation of a four-storey Victorian townhouse, reconfigured to enhance spatial flow and natural light. The double-height kitchen establishes a strong visual connection between levels, becoming the focal point of the design. Internal layouts were optimised to include a large playroom, five bedrooms, a guest suite, and a sauna, while the detached guesthouse accommodates a gym, yoga studio, and double bedroom with en suite. High-quality natural materials and refined detailing evoke a Scandinavian sense of warmth and simplicity throughout.
