​A five-plus-storey townhouse in historic Chelsea, fully renovated with a warm Scandinavian touch, natural materials, and timeless elegance.

 

The raised ground floor features a prominent kitchen and a guest WC, while the lower-ground level was transformed into a luxurious, light-filled living area with an indoor-outdoor feel. This space also includes a versatile movie room/guest bedroom, a private gym, and two elegant fireplaces.

 

The home accommodates a family of five with a spacious boot room, a large guest bedroom, four upper-floor bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two dedicated studies, and a top-floor laundry. Throughout the house, wood floors, natural stone, and carefully curated materials create a cohesive, inviting environment.

 

Working closely with an interior designer and a lighting designer, Scandi Studio, together with a landscape architect, reimagined the basement and outdoor connections, delivering functional, elegant, and warm living spaces that balance aesthetics, comfort, and practical family living.
